Robyne Clark founded RPAC Advisory Group after a career dedicated to helping public-sector organizations strengthen the systems behind successful federally funded programs. Through years of experience in grants management, compliance, audit readiness, and organizational strategy, she recognized that the greatest long-term value isn’t simply solving today’s problems—it’s helping organizations build the internal knowledge, systems, and governance needed to succeed on their own.
As Principal Advisor, Robyne helps organizations strengthen operational readiness, improve compliance, reduce organizational risk, and build practical systems that support sustainable program success.
Robyne’s professional background combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational experience. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), is a Certified Grants Management Specialist (CGMS), a Certified Public Manager (CPM), and earned a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in Government (SSBBG). Together, these qualifications reflect her commitment to strategic leadership, process improvement, effective governance, accountability, and continuous organizational development.
Robyne believes that the most effective advisory relationships are those that leave organizations stronger, more confident, and better equipped to sustain long-term success. Her goal is not simply to solve today’s challenges, but to help clients build the knowledge, systems, and governance practices that support lasting organizational excellence.
